Scope & access
What access do you need?
Read/write access to the repository you want us to set up. That's it. We do not need access to your cloud, hosting, or any deploy target.
Where do deploy credentials go?
Into your provider's secrets store (GitHub Actions secrets, GitLab CI variables). We configure them via the intake form — encrypted in transit and at rest — and we do not retain a copy after delivery.
Which providers do you support?
GitHub Actions and GitLab CI on every plan. Bitbucket Pipelines on Pro and Enterprise. If your pipeline is somewhere else, contact us first to confirm.
Delivery
How long until delivery?
Starter and Basic are usually delivered within 2 business days. Pro takes 2–4 days. Enterprise takes 3–5 days.
How is the work delivered?
As a pull request against your repository. The PR contains the pipeline file(s), a README or docs update, and in the PR body we link to a screenshot and URL of the passing run.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Every order has a built-in chat — you can request tweaks there. We iterate until the pipeline is green and you're satisfied it matches what you asked for.
Payment & refunds
Do you take subscriptions?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase for a single pipeline engagement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely through Authorize.Net.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if we can't deliver a working pipeline for your project, we refund in full. See the full terms on the refund policy page.
