Terms of Service

1. Agreement

The CicdExpress service is operated by StellarCove INC (211 N Broadway, Suite 2440, St. Louis, MO 63102) — referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "our". By purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a plan or use the service.

2. What we deliver

For each paid order, we will author one or more continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline configuration files for the repository you identify in the intake form. Deliverables are provided as a pull request to that repository, along with documentation and a link or screenshot of a passing run ("green build proof"). The exact scope is bounded by the features listed on the plan you purchased and the information you provide in the intake form.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the intake form, including repository URL, deploy target, environment variables, and any credentials required for the pipeline to run.
• Grant read/write access to the repository for the duration of delivery.
• Own the code you submit or have the legal right to authorize its modification.
• Respond to questions in the order chat in a reasonable time frame so we can complete delivery.

4. What we do not do

• We do not write, modify, or review your application code beyond what is needed to make the pipeline run.
• We do not indefinitely maintain the pipeline. After delivery, upkeep is your responsibility.
• We do not access or retain cloud provider credentials beyond the duration of delivery.

5. Payment

All plans are one-time purchases processed through Authorize.Net. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and at checkout. The price charged is the price listed for the plan at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat repository contents, credentials, and any other information shared for the engagement as confidential. We do not share your repository, credentials, or order details with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your code. Pipeline files we author for you become part of your repository upon merge, and you may modify, redistribute, or use them however you wish within that repository.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the delivered pipeline will be error-free in perpetuity, compatible with every future change you make to your codebase, or meet compliance requirements specific to your industry. We do warrant that, at the time of delivery, the pipeline runs green against the state of your repository we reviewed.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date shown at the top of this page.
