1. What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, password (hashed), and the billing name you provide at checkout. During the intake step we collect the repository URL, branch, tech stack, deploy target, and any credentials or environment variables you submit.
2. How we use it
- To authenticate you on the website.
- To process payments through Authorize.Net.
- To deliver the pipeline you purchased and communicate about the order.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Payment data
Card details are submitted to Authorize.Net for processing. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.
4. Credentials you submit during intake
Deploy credentials and environment variables you enter in the intake form are stored encrypted in our database. They are only accessible by administrators assigned to your order. We do not retain copies of these credentials after the engagement is complete beyond what is stored as part of the order record, and you may request deletion at any time.
5. Repository access
If you grant us access to your repository (for example, via a GitHub collaborator invite), that access is used solely to deliver the pipeline. We recommend revoking access once your pull request is merged.
6. Data retention
We retain account and order records for as long as you have an account with us or as required by law and tax regulations. You can request deletion of your account from your profile page.
7. Third parties
- Authorize.Net — payment processing.
- Your email provider — transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets).
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the contact form. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly required to operate the website — your login session, the CSRF protection token, and an optional "remember me" cookie if you tick that box during login. We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or submitting forms.
10. Data controller & contact
The data controller for information collected through this site is StellarCove INC, 211 N Broadway, Suite 2440, St. Louis, MO 63102.
