Refund Policy

We stand behind the work. If we cannot deliver a working pipeline for your project, you get your money back.
1. Full refund — we can't deliver
If we determine during the engagement that we cannot deliver a pipeline that meets the scope of your plan for your specific project, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Full refund — within 24 hours, no work started
If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and you have not yet submitted the intake form, we will issue a full refund on request.
3. Partial refund — intake submitted, work started
Once you have submitted the intake form and we have started on your pipeline, refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed.
4. No refund — after delivery
Once we have delivered the pull request with a passing pipeline and green build proof, and that delivery matches the scope of your plan and intake form, refunds are not available. If there is a defect in what we delivered, we will fix it at no cost.
5. How to request a refund
Use the chat on the order (if the order is still active), email support@cicdexpress.com, call (636) 246-7177, or send us a message with your order number. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with the delivery, please reach out to us first. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being closed.
